The community services department which is headed by Mr. M. Sineke as Senior Manager offers services which have a direct and immediate effect on the quality of the lives of the residents of Mhlontlo.

The purpose of the Community Services is to provide accessible, affordable, equitable and sustainable services as well as a healthy environment to residents and business operating in the Mhlontlo Municipality.
